GramArogya: Healthcare Program

Empowering Rural Women with Health, Hygiene & Financial Independence

The Challenge: Limited Healthcare Access & Awareness

Rural women face significant health challenges due to limited healthcare access, lack of hygiene awareness, poor nutrition, and financial insecurity. Many are unaware of government health schemes that could improve their well-being. These gaps lead to preventable health issues, financial struggles, and lower quality of life.

Our Solution: Women’s Health and Livelihood Alliance (WoHLA)

The GramArogya Healthcare Program bridges these gaps by training rural women in sexual and reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, nutrition, and financial literacy. Through peer education, workshops, and direct support, we empower women to make informed health choices, access healthcare services, and achieve financial independence.

Story of Change: Pooja’s Path to Better Health

Pooja, a 25-year-old mother, suffered from anemia, menstrual issues, and postnatal weakness. After attending a WoHLA workshop, she adopted a healthier diet, sought medical care, and became an advocate for women’s health in her village. Today, she educates others about nutrition, hygiene, and reproductive health, ensuring her community thrives.

Healthier Women, Stronger Communities

By empowering women with knowledge and access, GramArogya is transforming rural healthcare—one woman at a time.
